'Walnut' naturally dyed Polwarth wool top/roving, 100g
'Walnut' was dyed using fallen pericarp from a local walnut tree. The pericarp contains a lot of natural tannins, so no mordant was necessary to achieve this lovely colour, which in reality is even deeper than what the images show. And it's Polwarth, so you know it will spin like a dream.
Despite all care taken during the dying process, a small amount of dye may run during the first wash. Hand wash only. Currently, we cannot ship to EU and Northern Ireland.

100% Polwarth wool. All care was taken to permanently fix the dye to the yarn; however, some slight colour run may occur during the first wash of the finished product. Hand-wash only.

I accept returns and exchanges of unused products. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the item within 30 days of delivery. I cannot offer refunds on shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
